Groom ISD nurse will be conducting spinal screenings on November 16th and 17th for female students in grades 5 and 7 and male students in grade 8. Students should bring shorts to school for the exam. Girls should wear a sports bra or two piece swim top underneath their shirt on exam day. Students will be screened separately and one at a time.

Happy Halloween - Tuesday, 10/31/2023. Students may wear costumes as long as they are within the dress code, No masks may be worn, and please no scary costumes. NHS is hosting an extended lunch period for JH and HS students.
Here are a couple of reminders/requests from the school principal…First, please be sure to call the office if you need your child to check out for any reason. Calls or texts to their phones cannot be accepted for signing out of school. Second, if your child is going to eat breakfast, please have them here in time to finish eating by 7:57 when we close breakfast. We want to avoid students getting trays and not having time to eat.
