We are having an emergency services program for students at 9:30 this morning. We will have police, fire and ambulance vehicles at the school. It is just for a presentation! There is not a real emergency at the school.

Thank you for all of your help and support during the wildfire fundraiser. Groom was one of 11 schools that participated in this fundraiser. Our school and community raised $2455 of a total of $16,153.86 that was donated to the Panhandle Disaster Relief Fund run by the Amarillo Area Foundation. Thank you so very much to all of the businesses that donated money to this cause and also thank you to everyone who purchased a t-shirt. Thank you also to the Student Council for the work they put into this fundraiser. Finally, our school was able to raise over $600 that we donated to our local fire department. Thank you Groom for your support of this worthy cause!
