The GISD UIL Accounting team competed in the Texas Tech Winter 2024 Academic UIL meet in December. Greyson Peet placed 4th as an individual, leading the team to a 2nd place finish. Other team members are Trayson Corley, Hugh Britten, Collins Koetting, and Dylan Robison. Congratulations!
Congratulations to GISD students Clara Robison, Taylor Ritter, and Jocee Rocha. These girls competed in the Texas Tech Winter 2024 Academic UIL meet in December. Clara placed 3rd in Headline Writing, 4th in News Writing, and 4th in Feature Writing. Taylor placed 1st in Copy Editing. Jocee placed 3rd in Ready Writing and 6th in Editorial Writing.
